You will be responsible for greeting patients, performing essential tests such as phlebotomies and ECGs, and ensuring proper documentation. Your experience in laboratory operations will have a direct impact on patient diagnostics and care. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
- Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings
- Conduct special test collections and document results
- Maintain solid client relationships through timely follow-ups
- Prepare specimens for transport and testing Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- ECG training or experience is an asset
- Strong customer service skills in stressful situations
