- Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform minor repairs on fixtures and surfaces

- Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over 5 years of minor building repair experience
