- Operate within the standards of the College of Nurses
- Provide accurate medication and treatment administration

- Respond to changes in residents' health proactively
- Support resident-centered approaches in care delivery Requirements:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Completion of CPR Heart Save Level certification
- Experience with the elderly and dementia advantageous
- Familiarity with long-term care policies is preferred
