Soccer Coach (Youth Development) – Part-Time

We are a fast-growing soccer academy committed to developing young players through a positive, professional, and player-centered environment. We’re looking for coaches who want to grow with us long-term—not just for a season.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong character, reliability, and a genuine passion for coaching young athletes. Experience is a bonus, but attitude, commitment, and the willingness to learn are even more important.

We invest in our coaches and are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term coaching career with our academy.

Responsibilities

- Deliver fun, organized, and engaging training sessions for players aged 8–12.
- Teach fundamental technical skills including dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.
- Help players build confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
- Create a safe and positive learning environment.
- Be prepared, punctual, and professional at every session.




- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.

Schedule Mondays & Wednesdays5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Compensation

$18–$20/hour(Based on experience, commitment, and performance.)

Qualifications

- Passion for soccer and youth development.
- Reliable, responsible, and professional.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
- Available for the full season.
- Playing or coaching experience is an asset but not required.
