Olivier Honda is looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented Parts Consultant to join our dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, have an interest in the automotive industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories.
- Support service technicians by sourcing and supplying parts in a timely manner.
- Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranties accurately.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs.
- Answer phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the parts department remains clean, organized,
and customer-ready.
- Work collaboratively with the service and sales departments to provide an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English
- Previous experience in automotive parts, dealership, or customer service is an asset.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems is preferred.
- Experience using dealership management systems or electronic parts catalogues is an asset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
