- Call customers to maintain relationships and acquire new ones
- Help grow the parts department efficiently
- Deliver and pick up parts as necessary
- Support customer inquiries regarding parts
- Ensure effective communication within the team Requirements:
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment
- Previous customer service background an asset
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
