Westcan Bulk Transport

Location: Winnipeg The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Our Canadian Operating companies are Westcan Bulk Transport, RTL Construction, Les Distributions Carl Beaulac, and Fisher Transport – KAG Canada!

Westcan is currently seeking a Parts Administrator to join our team.

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

- Regularly auditing partner vendor quotes, and completed repairs to ensure quality maintenance that is consistent and aligned with our company standards
- Coordinating calls with vendors, ordering, receiving, tracking and maintaining parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system
- Responsible for communicating and coordinating with Operations and customers for any equipment repairs.
- Involved in maintenance and general up-keep of the facilities and applicable properties

Qualifications:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance and possessing an understanding of maintenance programs
- Highly energetic person with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Well organized, detail oriented,



enthusiastic and confident with a roll up your sleeves attitude towards work
- Ability to maintain a professional and respectful composure in challenging situations
- Excellent customer service skill with ability to clearly communicate
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- A solid business presence complimented by personal drive, resourcefulness, maturity, integrity, honesty and sound business judgement

Total Compensation:
