Join our team as a Parts and Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive exceptional customer experiences and support our dealership’s success. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts, service and tire sales assistance, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will help facilitate seamless repairs, tire sales and additional services, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

We operated Monday to Friday with no evenings and weekends off.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle needs or repair concerns
- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts or scheduling service appointments based on mechanical requirements
- Provide detailed explanations of repair procedures, recommended services, and available upgrades to enhance vehicle performance
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and maintain proper financial records
- Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales,



and service orders for efficient follow-up and reporting

Qualifications Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean abstract is required

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive parts and repair processes
- Mechanical experience or mechanical knowledge that enables effective communication about vehicle issues and solutions
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that builds trust and loyalty
- Experience in automotive repair environments or working alongside mechanics is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers of varying knowledge levels
