We're searching for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our parts department, ready to take on challenges in a high-intensity environment, with opportunities for growth and a potential Parts Technician Apprenticeship. You'll gain hands-on experience while developing your knowledge of parts, suppliers, inventory management and the repair industry.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers, mechanics and vendors
- Comfortable using computers
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate as part of a team
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Must be able to safely lift and move parts weighing 50lbs+
- Must have steel-toe boots
- Valid Driver's License required, as occasional parts pick ups may be necessary
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset, but training can be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their needs
- Work closely with our technicians to fulfill parts requests
- Look up, source and order parts from suppliers
- Receive incoming parts and verify orders for accuracy
- Stock, organize and count parts and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Monitor and adjust inventory quantities
- Process returns, cores and warranty parts
- Assist with other shop duties as required
