Full time or part time pastry cook/baker. We are looking for a passionate, RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, clean, and detail oriented professional bakers/Pastry cooks with great attitude to join our team.
Our facility is located in North Vancouver. We are a whole sale bakery and produce packaged cookies and sweet breads for retailers. We offer great shifts and hours as well as parking.
Hours of operation: 6:00AM - 6:00PM Monday to Saturday.
Salary: $19-$25/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
PRODUCTION is your main role. Making pastry dough and bread dough, laminating dough, making cookie batters and cake batters. Baking various products.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a baker/pastry cook.
Need to know how to work with reversible sheeter and should have a good knowledge about laminating dough. Must be organized, clean, punctual, and RELIABLE. Need to pay attention to details. Need to be physically strong and be able to lift 20KG and stand on your feet for long hours.
The applicant must be comfortable and willing to learn and imply new recipes.
