As a Facility Assistant, you will report to the Crop Inputs Location Manager, focusing on maintaining quality operations and strong customer relations. Your key duties will include safe handling of fertilizers and chemicals, assisting with business administration tasks, and building customer service connections.
This is a hands-on role requiring communication and organizational skills in an engaging team setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe handling of fertilizers and chemicals
- Operate all relevant equipment efficiently
- Assist with service logs and inventory management
- Advise customers on product loading and delivery
- Unload and transfer fertilizers to designated areas Requirements:
- Experience in agriculture and mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Class 1 or 3 driver’s license is an asset
