Become an integral part of Big Bang as a Payroll and Accounting Technician. This role focuses on payroll accuracy and accounting processes across numerous countries while ensuring compliance with regulations. Reporting to the Director of Finance, your expertise will support both payroll and accounting functions.

You will administer payroll for multiple entities, process monthly payments, and manage compliance across Canada, the U.S., France, and Mauritius. Collaboration with various departments will enhance overall corporate objectives and efficiency as you uphold rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer payroll for multiple legal entities across countries
- Coordinate accounts payable and receivable for diverse entities




- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and adjustments
- Prepare year-end payroll reporting and ensure compliance
- Support month-end close activities and provide financial analyses Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Nethris and NetSuite is a strong asset
