? The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler is looking for a full time People & Culture Generalist to join our incredible team, starting August 24, 2026.

As the heart of our People & Culture office, you'll be the welcoming face for associates and visitors, a champion of our workplace culture, and an essential partner in creating an exceptional employee experience from day one. You'll help bring our People & Culture initiatives to life, support our amazing associates throughout their journey, and ensure our department operates with excellence, care, and attention to detail.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Create a warm, welcoming environment for our associates





✨ Support the planning and execution of People & Culture initiatives and annual objectives.

✨ Help maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures, including Health & Safety

✨ Keep our office organized and running smoothly through exceptional administration.

✨ Foster culture that makes The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler such a special place to work.

? This is a full-time, in-person position based in beautiful Whistler, British Columbia.

Salary: $57,750/yr
