We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
This role is responsible for executing lead generation campaigns, managing marketing automation initiatives, and supporting pipeline growth through targeted email marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will have a passion for demand generation, marketing technology, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and external agency partners, this individual will help drive qualified leads, improve prospect engagement, and support the execution of scalable marketing programs that contribute directly to business growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional with proven HubSpot experience who enjoys turning campaign insights into actionable lead generation strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Campaign Management
- Execute lead generation campaigns aligned with company growth objectives.
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Campaign Manager initiatives to generate qualified leads and engagement.
- Build and maintain audience segments based on industry, company size, target accounts, engagement history, and buyer interest.
- Support Lead Generation initiatives through targeted campaign execution.
- Work with agency partners to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure campaign alignment.
- Monitor performance and recommend adjustments to improve campaign outcomes.
Marketing Automation & HubSpot
- Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, campaigns, email programs, and automation within HubSpot.
- Create lead nurture programs and engagement-based customer journeys.
- Develop automated email sequences and follow-up campaigns based on prospect behavior and engagement.
- Manage audience segmentation and targeting to improve campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Support ongoing improvement of marketing processes and automation capabilities.
Campaign Optimization & Analytics
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use engagement insights to develop follow-up campaigns and targeted audience strategies.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve lead generation results.
- Monitor key metrics including lead volume, engagement rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with RevOps to support reporting accuracy and campaign measurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Brand and Growth Generation team to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets align with target audiences.
- Provide campaign insights and recommendations that support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with RevOps to align campaign execution with lead management and reporting processes.
- Coordinate with external agency partners on campaign execution and optimization activities.
QualificationsRequired
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, campaign marketing, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub. This is a must!
- Experience building marketing workflows, nurture campaigns, and automated customer journeys.
- Experience managing campaigns within LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Robust understanding of audience segmentation and lead generation best practices. Story telling a must!
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into action.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Experience working with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution and campaign reporting.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
