Description Home-ViVe Program, a team of physicians and allied health professionals working together to provide 24/7 primary care to frail homebound elders in Vancouver, is looking to grow their team. On average, three to six patients are booked in a half-day session.
The patient cohort is spread out geographically across Vancouver; however, shifts are mostly pre-booked to minimize travel. The payment is through VCH service contract. Since there is no office space, there is minimal overhead, and locums will not be charged a billing split.
Remuneration: $207/hr + after hrs premium
