Description Medora Health Centre is a newly built, modern family practice and walk-in clinic located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver designed to support a collaborative, physician-friendly work setting with a strong focus on continuity of care and accessibility.

The clinic features 14 examination rooms, an integrated on-site pharmacy, modern EMR systems, strong MOA and administrative support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to build or transition a longitudinal patient panel in a high-demand area. Physicians benefit from a collegial environment, autonomy in practice style, and a compensation structure designed to support long-term sustainability and work-life balance.

The Downtown Vancouver location offers excellent accessibility, vibrant amenities, restaurants, transit access, and proximity to residential and business communities, supporting both a diverse patient population and physician convenience.

Job Specifics: Seeking permanent family physicians for newly built clinic.

Remuneration: 75/25, 100% of panel payments go to physician
