- Assist patients with daily living activities
- Execute tasks as delegated by RN or RPN
- Demonstrate basic care per the patient’s Plan of Care
- Report unsafe conditions and patient changes
- Maintain patient records and progress notes Requirements:
- Completed PSW program from an accredited college
- Current registration with HSCPOA
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification
- Experience in acute care or rehabilitation is an asset
