- Provide direct support to seniors with mental health disorders
- Conduct assessments and implement intervention strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care
- Utilize Gentle Persuasive Approach techniques for patient interaction
- Ensure a safe setting for all patients and staff Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
- Personal Support Worker or HealthCare Aide certification required
- Current BLS and GPA certificates needed
