- Solid knowledge of prescriptions and ability to accurately process and prepare medication orders.
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment and familiarity with pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Background or formal training as a Pharmacy Technician, with an understanding of technician duties and best practices.
- Skills in inventory control, including tracking stock, rotating products, and managing orders to prevent shortages.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with diverse clients.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in French and English is an asset.
