Support Pharmaprix pharmacy teams in Quebec as a Pharmacy Transition Specialist with TCS. Ensure smooth system implementation with hands-on training and operational readiness. In this critical role, you will assist pharmacy teams in transitioning to an advanced pharmacy management system.
Working closely with operations leaders and technical support, your goal will be to achieve a successful system launch across various locations. Your expertise will help pharmacies become fully operational and efficient during the rollout process. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote training to pharmacy staff
- Prepare Pharmaprix locations for system conversion
- Validate operational requirements for system launch
- Support staff in adopting current workflows and processes
- Liaise with pharmacy support teams and stakeholders Requirements:
- Experience in retail pharmacy environments
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems, AssystRx preferred
- Ability to travel extensively across Quebec
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
