You'll work alongside our owner and practising physiotherapist, who is passionate about mentorship, lifelong learning, and helping clinicians become confident, successful practitioners. Compensation & Incentives

- $1500 signing bonus after four months of full-time employment (three or more days per week).
- Competitive percentage split starting at 50% or more for new graduates depending on experience.
- Earn up to approximately 65% or more based on experience, advanced training, and longevity with the clinic.
- IMS, acupuncture, ISM, osteopathy and many other post graduate education is seen as a great benefit to the clinic and may be reflected in the percent split.
- Strong referral sources and ongoing marketing to help you quickly build and maintain a full caseload.

Unique Mobile Physiotherapy Opportunity We also offer an innovative mobile physiotherapy program that creates additional earning potential while expanding access to care.

As the supervising physiotherapist, you will:

- Complete the initial assessment and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Be compensated for your assessments and clinical planning.
- Receive a percentage of every mobile treatment session delivered by a trained rehabilitation assistant or kinesiologist under your direction.
- Periodically reassess patients, review progress, and update treatment plans to ensure safe, evidence-informed care.

This model allows you to expand your clinical impact and create an additional revenue stream without personally attending every treatment session.

You'll have opportunities to treat a wide variety of conditions, including:





- Orthopaedic injuries
- Sports injuries
- Vestibular disorders
- Concussions
- Pelvic health conditions
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Chronic pain
- Falls prevention

You'll also have the freedom to build a practice around your own clinical interests.
