We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and illnesses by providing personalized therapy plans. Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to improve mobility and manage pain
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes,
and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist in the development of new protocols and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with industry best practices
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction
- Prior hospital experience preferred, especially in acute care settings or pediatrics
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles and medical terminology
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support patients through their recovery process
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
