Location: Fort Erie - The Willows Retirement.
Schedule: 3 hours per week.

Your impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You’ll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize up-to-date tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Qualifications - Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
- Professional liability insurance (as required).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge.
- 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
