What would you be accountable for?
- Achieve the annual revenue budget.
- Re-activate our current patient base that have unscheduled hygiene.
- Support ongoing management of pre-booking appointments.
- Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency.
- Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.
- Increase customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPIs.
- Performance management with an open communication policy.
- Be creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives; we want to hear your ideas. In terms of qualifications?
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading a strong team.
- Experience managing a dental or medical office in a highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related area, or have worked as a dentist in a busy clinic. What do we offer?
