We are seeking skilled and motivated Pro Painters to join our dynamic commercial and industrial team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across , commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, primers, and sealers using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute painting projects according to specifications
- Perform restoration work on damaged or aged surfaces to restore them to their original condition or improve appearance
- Use rigging techniques to access hard-to-reach areas safely during industrial or high-rise projects
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met on time and within scope
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting or finishing work in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques including restoration and industrial applications
- Hands-on experience with rigging, carpentry, caulking, and the use of various hand tools and power tools
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects
- Ability to work safely at heights or in confined spaces while following safety guidelines
