FGF Brands seeks a Process Engineer to enhance production lines in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency across projects conducted with the Engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and assessing processes while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and GMP standards.

This role requires troubleshooting complex process issues and implementing measures to enhance product quality and optimize production. Collaborating with Product Development and cross-functional teams, your insights will drive significant operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and assess production line processes and equipment

- Troubleshoot major process issues beyond the team's capabilities
- Implement control measures to enhance product quality
- Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years in food manufacturing or similar industries
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Experience with data collection and process tracking
