Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with R&D; and supplier on structure validation and assembly validation.
- Collaborate with production team on optimizing production process before mass production
New product (including all the new structure designs) validation (structure validation & assembly validation):
- Draft plans for structure & assembly validation.
- Create proper report for each product validation.
- Identifying and resolving issues or defects discovered during the validation process and implement necessary improvements.
- Implement engineering changes to current product production for continuous improvement. (Including change of materials, jig / fixture design, assembly process optimization)
- Prepare documents for new product or new process introduction, the documents include:
- Asist on top level BOM for new products before mass production.
- Be able to create proper assembly/operation instructions for recent product/process.
- Be able to create new product/process performance report.
Work on new product certification project.
- Prepare proper product samples for certification project.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
Qualification： Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering-Must have
