Our Edmonton-based client is hiring a Processing Center Advisor for a 7-month onsite contract.
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Retail Sales experience
- 2+ years of experience researching existing documentation to determine resolutions
- 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced setting with strong problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience prioritizing tasks in a complex environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills
