We are seeking a dynamic Procurement and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in managing sourcing activities, vendor relationships, and procurement processes while ensuring strict quality standards across all operations. The ideal candidate will drive cost-effective purchasing strategies, oversee supply chain efficiency, and uphold quality assurance protocols to support our manufacturing excellence. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee purchasing processes to ensure timely acquisition of materials aligned with production schedules..
- Utilize ERP systems for tracking purchase orders, inventory levels, and procurement analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Support inventory accuracy through effective material planning and inventory control practices.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies,
quality procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Qualifications
- Experience with quality control processes and inspection of incoming materials.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, sourcing strategies, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
