Analytics team sits at the intersection of product management, data engineering, and user experience. In this role, you will analyze customer journey instrumentation and in-app behavioral analytics. As a Product Analyst, You Will Be Responsible For Partnering with product managers and designers to define and measure good user experience Building and maintaining analytics dashboards in tools like Pendo or Tableau to drive business decisions Instrumenting new product surfaces by defining event taxonomies and ensuring data quality with engineers Analyzing funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption to identify and resolve customer journey friction points Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree Possess solid SQL skills and comfort navigating large datasets Demonstrate exposure to cloud infrastructure products, developer tooling, APIs, Python, R,

The base salary for this position ranges from 92,900 - 167,100 CAD/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
