We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor food production equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and health & safety procedures.
- Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers according to production requirements.
- Operate and monitor multiple production machines simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and make basic machine adjustments as required.
- Understand machine operations, settings, and performance to ensure optimal production output.
- Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Safely operate a forklift for material handling and movement of products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.




- Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to perform machine set-up, adjustments, and production changeovers.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine functionality.
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification).
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comfortable working in a warm production environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset, but not required, we are happy to train the right candidate.
