Overview

APEX is currently accepting applications for Production Line Workers within its Steel Door Manufacturing Group. This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Production Supervisor.

We are hiring for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in producing quality products, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Grinding and primingsteel doors and frames in preparation for finishing.

- Performing tack and spot welding on doors, frames, and component parts.

- Packagingfinished products and loading materials onto trailers for shipment.

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work setting.

- Identifying and communicatingproduction or quality improvement opportunities to the Production Supervisor.

- Following all company safety policies, quality standards, and production procedures.

- Performing other production-related duties as assigned.

- Safely performing physically demanding work,



including standing for extended periods, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous manufacturing, industrial, or construction experience is considered an asset.

- Ability to read and work with imperial and metric measurements.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Self motivated with a willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature

- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work.
