Our client is seeking a Production Inventory Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced food production environment. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, this position plays a critical role in ensuring raw materials move efficiently from warehouse inventory into production while maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities
- Pull raw materials for daily production requirements
- Transfer inventory from warehouse into production
- Complete inventory transactions using Sage or similar ERP systems
- Rotate, organize and label tempering inventory
- Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO principles
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Assist with receiving shipments and warehouse activities
- Support production through material handling
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Perform additional warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Warehouse experience required
- Valid forklift certification required
- Inventory control experience
- Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems is considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with raw meat products and refrigerated environments
- Ability to safely lift 30+ lbs
