Nordic Energy Canada Corp. is a growing oilfield fluid transportation and production services company providing safe, reliable service throughout Alberta and British Columbia. We are currently seeking an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Production Services Dispatcher to coordinate our Vac Trucks, Pressure Trucks, Tote Services, and Deck Trucks.

Responsibilities

- Dispatch and coordinate Vac Trucks, Pressure Trucks, Tote Services, Deck Trucks, and related equipment.
- Schedule drivers and equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, timelines, and job updates.
- Monitor equipment availability and maximize fleet utilization.
- Coordinate with Operations, Shop, HSE, and Management to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure drivers receive accurate job details and required paperwork.
- Track jobs from dispatch through completion.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and electronic documentation.
- Respond to changing customer demands while prioritizing safety and service.
- Support after-hours rotation as required.

Qualifications
- Previous dispatch experience in the oilfield service or transportation industry is preferred.
- Experience dispatching Vac Trucks, Pressure Trucks, or Production Services is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.




- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with field service or dispatch software is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Hours of Service regulations and oilfield operations is an asset.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
