Production Associate

Cart Connection is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Demonstrate focus and determination to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Follow all workplace health and safety protocols for yourself and others
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and step in to support others when needed
- Contribute positively to achieving or exceeding production targets
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Show reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Follow instructions carefully and take direction from supervisors
- Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
- Physically capable of lifting 35+ lbs

Assets (not required):

- Experience in a metal shop
- Previous general labour or physically demanding work experience

Job Details:

- Position Type: Full time, Permanent
- Shift: Day shift (30-40 hrs a week)




- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Location: In person
