Your Responsibilities
- You'll coordinate the administration and day-to-day delivery of a funding program,
ensuring activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- You'll review and evaluate funding applications against established eligibility criteria, policies, and program requirements.
- You'll coordinate funding decisions and communicate outcomes professionally and efficiently with applicants.
- You'll track applications, funding commitments, and program performance while maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- You'll collaborate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to support funding agreements and program administration.
- You'll identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute to process enhancements that strengthen program delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience administering grants, funding, contributions, or similar programs.
- 2+ years of experience reviewing and evaluating applications or proposals against established criteria.
- Experience coordinating projects, contracts, or funding agreements involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Experience with government funding programs, CRM or project management tools such as Simpleview or Asana, financial administration, tourism or events, membership organizations, and bilingualism are considered strong assets.
