- Coordinate ongoing program evaluation and improvements
- Support curriculum updates effectively
- Monitor and report on KPIs for program success
- Conduct practicum site observations as needed
- Facilitate communication with students for support Requirements:
- Must have ECE Level III certification
- Administrative experience in early childhood setting required
- At least three years in program management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
