Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to: Define and execute the strategic data management roadmap; Oversee multiple data-related projects and initiatives simultaneously; Ensure alignment between business, engineering, IT and external partners; Prioritize, manage budgets, timelines and program risks; Develop and implement an organization-wide data governance framework; Define roles, responsibilities, standards and data management processes; To ensure compliance with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements; Establish performance indicators and data quality monitoring mechanisms; Oversee the management of the full data lifecycle; Ensure consistency and integrity of data from multiple systems; Promote standardization of enterprise data models and repositories; Support initiatives to value and exploit data; Identify opportunities to optimize data management processes; Drive initiatives to modernize data platforms and tools; Support the adoption of best practices in data management; Support teams in change management; Present program progress to executives and governance committees; Ensure proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders; Coordinate vendors, partners, and multidisciplinary teams involved in initiatives. The profile you are looking for is as follows: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information management or a related discipline; Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in managing complex programs or projects; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in governance or data management initiatives; Experience in complex technological, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace or defense environments; Master the principles of governance, quality, security and data management; Demonstrate experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors; Possess a strong ability to influence and mobilize executive-level stakeholders; Experience in the space, aerospace, defense or high-tech sector (an asset); Knowledge of PLM, ERP, MES, PDM environments or engineering systems (an asset); Possess PMP, PgMP, CDMP, DAMA certification or equivalent (an asset); Experience with cloud environments and modern analytics platforms (an asset); Demonstrate strategic leadership; Demonstrate a corporate vision; Master the management of complex programs; Possess risk management skills; Communicate effectively with executive bodies; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; Be result-oriented; Supporting organizational change;* Demonstrate a robust ability to influence.Apply
