Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across multiple departments. In this role, you will coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely project delivery.

- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.

- Organize meetings, maintain project documentation, and track action items.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Identify potential project risks and assist in developing effective solutions.

- Support budget tracking, procurement activities, and resource planning.

- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.





- Promote effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.

- Robust organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification is considered an advantage.

Pay: $5,833.00-$7,500.00 per month
