In this role, you'll be part of a Mine Progression team responsible for managing front-end mining and bulk civil projects from planning through execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing mining and bulk civil capital projects
- Supporting bid development, contractor evaluation, and award processes
- Coordinating project execution and stakeholder interfaces
- Working with operations, planners, contractors, and project teams
- Supporting project development, FEED activities, and project delivery
- Managing multiple projects while ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards

Location:

- Based in the Calgary area
- Monthly travel to a northern Alberta mine site (typically 2-7 days per month, depending on project activity)
- Flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own workload and travel requirements

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years of Project Engineering or Project Management experience
- Civil engineering and/or heavy civil construction background
- Oil sands, mining, or project operations experience




- Experience leading projects through planning, tendering, contractor management, and execution
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
