Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives from planning to close-out ensuring strategic alignment and delivery excellence
- Define and maintain project roadmap, governance, and performance indicators
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners
- Manage interdependencies between initiatives, teams, and workflows
- Implement a delivery discipline including integrated plan, RAID records, decision logs, and change control
- Supervise suppliers and support procurement activities and RFP processes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, regulatory, and delivery risks
- Ensure benefit measurement, adoption of solutions, monitoring of results and accountability to executive bodies
- Establish sustainable processes, controls, responsibilities and governance mechanisms
- Support change management, communication, training, and adoption activities

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

Profile

- Possess more than ten (10) years of experience in leading complex and cross-cutting programs or projects in the banking industry
- Experience in organizational transformation, including people, processes and tools




- Demonstrate experience in implementing governance models, operating models and new ways of working
- Experience in managing large-scale projects with multiple delivery components and external partners
- Experience in vendor management and coordinating procurement activities and RFP processes
- Experience in initiatives requiring strong stakeholder adoption, including training, coaching, deployment, and process standardization
- Demonstrate experience in defining KPIs, measuring benefits, monitoring adoption and executive reporting
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management, operations or a related field
- Master project governance, planning, scope management, and control of schedules and budgets
- Have a positive command of project and portfolio management tools, including MS Project and EPM
- Demonstrate an ability to manage initiatives related to data quality, third-party data providers, consent, privacy, artificial intelligence governance, content operations, and operational risk controls
- Be familiar with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
