The Project

Manager reports directly to the Program Manager and leads construction projects with precision. This role requires robust skills in estimating, reporting, and monitoring project progress while managing changes. Engage in effective communication and collaboration to meet project objectives throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute projects as per Corporate Policy
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress
- Prepare budget estimates and negotiate contracts
- Supervise subcontractor activities and project teams
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and issue project reports Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 2 to 8 years of project management experience
- PMP designation preferred
