Project Manager Job Summary The Project
Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
The role requires strong leadership, governance, risk management, and expertise in multiple delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Engage with senior executives, clients, and global stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria
Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project delivery
Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across Technology, Finance, Operations, and Business functions
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Manage scope changes and resolve delivery bottlenecks, escalating critical issues when required
Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes
Provide regular status updates, KPI reporting, and insights to senior leadership
Support strategic initiatives including digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational improvement programs Must-Have Skills
Strong Project and Program Management experience
Experience managing large-scale, concurrent projects and cross-functional teams
Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Technology environments
Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience
Advanced proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, and SharePoint
Strong budgeting, forecasting, planning, and resource management skills
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Ability to drive project execution and delivery in complex environments Preferred Qualifications
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent Project Management certification
Agile or Scrum Master certification
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven project delivery
MBA or advanced degree
Experience working with global and distributed teams Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
