Annual compensation is CAD 45,000 plus benefits

3+ years of experience in manual testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Test strategy and test plan development for new products and features
- Test case authoring and maintenance (add recent cases, edit existing ones for accuracy)
- Bug review, de-duplication, and triage — prevent randomization of engineering teams by identifying duplicates, requesting clarification, and ensuring bugs adhere to reporting standards
- Cross-functional interactions and feature bring-up with engineers
- Software and hardware bug investigation and reporting
- Bug fix verification
- Targeted ad-hoc testing of undocumented areas
- Review of bug reports from other team members
- Identify test and process gaps and raise them to Quality leadership
- Onboarding and mentoring more junior team members
- Clear verbal and written communication, including team group posts to share test status and provide clarity on defect reports
