Drive quality excellence with TFP as a Quality Assurance Manager in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee quality management practices, compliance audits, and continuous improvement across multiple fertility clinics. This full time, permanent role reports to the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and is crucial for implementing consistent quality standards throughout TFP's network.

The position requires a minimum of five years of experience in quality assurance within regulated environments. You will support and ensure readiness for internal audits, regulatory inspections, and accreditation processes to elevate the overall quality program. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize TFP's Quality Management System across clinics
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations




- Manage CAPA reporting and track corrective actions
- Prepare clinics for Health Canada inspections
- Partner with leadership to deliver quality training and support Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant health discipline
- 5+ years of quality assurance experience
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulatory frameworks
- Strong auditing skills for internal or third-party audits
