Your responsibilities will include facilitating training classes, managing schedules, and developing effective compliance training initiatives. Partnering with global leaders, you ensure quality in training and support for personnel across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the delivery of ATD-Canada training programs
- Partner with leaders to identify and develop training content
- Facilitate annual cGMP and onboarding training classes
- Maintain and update Learning Management System records
- Conduct effectiveness checks and respond to training system improvements Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Four years of experience in GMP-regulated environments
- Robust facilitation and presentation skills
