Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the quality management processes to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your keen eye for detail and strong analysis skills will help maintain our commitment to excellence, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Duties

- Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to identify deviations early.
- Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance for ongoing analysis.
- Perform regular audits of production lines to verify compliance with established quality standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results,



and non-conformance reports for traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support quality assurance activities by assisting in root cause analysis and process optimization efforts.

Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control techniques, including inspection methods and quality assurance principles.
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues.
- Knowledge of QA/QC standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform detailed data collection, documentation, and reporting with precision.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively across teams and convey technical information clearly.
