The Opportunity: GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of a hyperscale data center development in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. As the Quality Manager, you will lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) on behalf of the client, ensuring all construction, MEP, CSA, and commissioning activities are delivered in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Design Teams, Contractors, Commissioning Teams, and Client Representatives, you will oversee inspections, quality assurance processes, audits, testing programmes, non-conformance management, and project handover throughout the full project lifecycle.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering one of Canada's largest mission critical developments while driving quality excellence across all project disciplines.

Responsibilities: Scope & Delivery Management Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Management System (QMS).

Develop and maintain project quality plans, procedures, inspection strategies, and quality documentation.

Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across CSA, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning works.

Monitor contractor quality performance throughout design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements,



and quality procedures are implemented and followed.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project quality processes. 2.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Teams, Contractors, Commissioning Teams, and Client Representatives.

Chair quality meetings, inspections, audits, and project quality reviews.

Coordinate quality activities across multiple contractors and project disciplines.

Provide quality guidance and technical support to project teams.

Promote a collaborative culture focused on delivering high-quality project outcomes.

- Risk & Compliance Management Monitor compliance with project specifications, client standards, local regulations, and applicable industry codes.

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive action plans.

Lead root cause investigations and lessons learned workshops.

Review quality documentation, technical submittals, RFIs, and inspection records.

Ensure contractor compliance with approved quality procedures and inspection requirements.

Support regulatory inspections and client quality audits.

- Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.

Maintain NCR registers, inspection logs, audit reports, and quality trackers.

Produce executive quality reports for senior project leadership and client representatives.

Ensure accurate management of project quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Support project handover through validation of quality records, testing documentation, and close-out requirements.

- Collaboration & Integration Work collaboratively with Construction, Project Management, Design, BIM, Project Controls, Health & Safety, and Commissioning teams.

Ensure quality requirements are integrated into planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to quality management systems and project delivery processes.

Mentor project teams on quality standards and best practices.

Promote a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused project setting.
