Client Care Coordinator / Receptionist

Contemporary Care Dental Hygiene is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team!

We are searching for someone who enjoys helping people, loves learning new things, and is excited to be part of a modern, growing healthcare practice. If you’re tech-savvy, creative, and enjoy social media, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You will Be Doing

Greeting clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience

Answering phone calls, emails, and text messages

Booking, confirming, and managing appointments

Maintaining client records and scheduling

Processing payments and assisting with insurance inquiries

Keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly

Assisting with social media, marketing, and community outreach

Helping with projects as the practice continues to grow

Experience?

Reception or dental experience is an asset—but not required.
