Duties
- Perform comprehensive inspections of recreational vehicles to identify mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools to restore optimal vehicle performance
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fluid changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and electrical system checks
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, plumbing, and electrical wiring
- Document all repairs and maintenance performed accurately in service records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders and customer satisfaction
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times
Skills
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and socket sets
- Experience operating power tools safely for various repair tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to customers and team members
